MAYOR'S OFFICE STAFF
Functions
1. Exercises general supervision and control over all programs, projects, services, and activities of the municipal government;
2. Enforces all laws and ordinances relative to the governance of the municipality and in the exercise of the appropriate corporate powers provided for under Sec. 444 of the Local Government Code, implement all policies, programs, projects, services and activities of the municipality;
3. Initiates and maximizes the generation of resources and revenues and apply the same to the implementation of development plans, programs, objectives and priorities as provided for under Sec. 18 of the Local Government Code, particularly those resources and revenues programmed for agro-industrial development and countryside growth and progress;
4. Ensures the delivery of basic services and provision of adequate facilities as provided for under Sec 17 of the Local Government Code;
5. Exercises such other powers and perform such other duties and function as may be prescribed by law or ordinance.
